Are There Any Shipping Charges or Any Additional Charges?

 

Yes, depending upon the product shipping charges vary. For example if your product is an artefact, then shipping charges are included. How ever if it is a furniture piece than charges will be as per actuals.

Any additional charges apart from gst or local taxes like octroi shall be paid by the buyer.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

 

You can logon to our website www.ansavv.com and check the delivery status. Alternatively you can write to us at info@ansavv.com where we will provide you with the tracking no. of the courier service so that you can know the exact status of your delivery. You may receive a call from team ANSAVV about the delivery of your product after contacting us through email or over the phone.

 

What If I Have Received A Damaged Product?

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, than we shall either rectify the product or if that cannot be done than we shall replace it within 5-7 days on the receipt of the damaged product or will notify you about how we will be going to resolve the issue.

 

When Can I Cancel My Order?

 

You can cancel your order or items in your order at any point before it is shipped. We ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation of the order once the order is shipped, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. So you can cancel anytime within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

 

 

What if I received the order and want to cancel it afterward?

No  the order cannot be cancelled or modified once it is shipped. You have to contact us for any of the issue you are facing and we will try our best to give you the best solution for the same as for us customer satisfaction is the top most priority.
